Available Licence Types
Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. administers two categories of Internet Gaming Licence, each designed to address the regulatory needs of a specific segment of the gaming value chain. Both licence types are issued under the authority of the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority (AOFA) and carry defined compliance obligations.
B2C Licence — Business-to-Consumer
The B2C licence authorises operators to offer internet gaming services directly to end consumers. This includes online casinos, sports betting platforms, poker rooms, bingo sites, lottery services, cryptocurrency-based gaming platforms, and eSports wagering operations.
Holders of a B2C licence are required to comply with:
- Player identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures
- Responsible gaming measures including self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session controls
- Fair play standards and, where applicable, RNG certification
- Player funds protection and segregation requirements
- Complaint handling and dispute resolution procedures
- Ongoing regulatory reporting and compliance audits
B2B Licence — Business-to-Business
The B2B licence is designed for companies that provide technology, products, or services to licensed gaming operators. This includes game developers, platform providers, white-label solutions, payment processors, content aggregators, data analytics firms, and affiliate networks.
Holders of a B2B licence are required to comply with:
- Product integrity, testing, and certification standards
- Technical security and data protection requirements
- Due diligence on commercial partners and distribution channels
- Ongoing compliance reporting and periodic regulatory audits
