Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the application process take?

The standard application process typically takes 4-6 weeks from submission of a complete application package to licence issuance. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the application and the completeness of submitted documentation.

What documentation do I need to prepare?

The application package includes corporate documentation (certificate of incorporation, shareholder register, organisational chart), identification documents for all directors and UBOs, a business plan, technical documentation, AML/CTF compliance programme, and responsible gaming policy. Our team provides detailed guidance on documentation requirements during the pre-application phase.

Can I add additional domains after the licence is issued?

Yes. Additional domains can be added to an existing licence for EUR 1,500 per domain per year. Each additional domain is subject to review and approval before being added to the licence.

Is the licence renewable?

Yes. Licences are renewable annually, subject to the operator maintaining good standing and meeting all ongoing compliance obligations. The renewal process is streamlined for operators in good standing.

Do you offer payment plans?

Fee payment terms can be discussed during the application process. Please contact our licensing team to discuss your requirements.

What happens if my application is not approved?

If an application does not meet the required standards, our team will provide detailed feedback on the reasons for the decision. In many cases, applicants are given the opportunity to address identified deficiencies and resubmit. Application fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of the due diligence and review process.
